Trying to get the best tactical ship, need some ideas.... Please help...
Example... Federation Tactical Officer has (FLEET TACTICAL ESCORT RETROFIT)
What would be the best for my ROMULAN TACTICAL OFFICER?
I would like the ship to be as great of a ship my Federation toon has if not better... Thanks for your help....

At subadmiral, the Ha'Feh will be the best beat. Essential it's got the Boff layout of a Blockade escort. Good firepower and toughness. The Fleet version (T5) will be an excellent choice when unlocked with 5 Tac consoles.
The Dhelan retrofit is basically a Defiant with strong hull and shields if you slot a Tac in the universal slot. Has 1 degree less turn and less hull then Defiant. The fleet version is basically a Fleet Defiant with a 5th Tac slot. However its ugly if you ask me. LT Universal slot.
The T'Varo retrofit is going to be a mix of Defiant/Bird of Prey. Only down side is the Hull and console slots reflect that of a Bird of Prey so its going to be a little more squish then the Defiant, but comes with the advantage of an Enhanced Battle Cloak. However the Fleet version has a shield modifier almost equal to a cruiser (.99) and gets a bump to 4 tac consoles. So it will be tougher then a Bird of Prey and can have the same loadout as Defiant. LCDR Universal slot.
I have my eye on the Mogai retrofit/Fleet version. You can make it spit out a lot of firepower if you go Tac heavy on the Boff slots and still be tough with a ENS Sci and LCDR Eng. Although it won't have nearly the firepower of the ships listed above if you use the LT Universal for Sci, it will make a nice blend of firepower and toughness with its LCDR Engineer slot with a ENS and LT Sci. In my opinion it's going to be one of the best to get because the above options you have with it. On top of that I think it's the sexiest ship the Rommie's have. It has a crew of 900 and shield mod of a cruiser (1.0). Turn rate is equal to the Vet ships at 14 so still enough to get your guns to bear easy.
