With the Advent of trading of active junior officers (Bridge Officers) it might be nice to have a list of what abilities each person can train to BOffs. Of course these can change as our specs change, so it is up to each officer to make a post informing us if they have changed trainable abilities

To trade any of your BOffs, you must remove all items from said BOff, and make sure the person you are trading them too is higher rank then said BOff.... a Commander BOff can not be traded to a Commander character.

If you see any incorrect data, double skills, or anything that doesnt look right, please PM me, or post here and i will fix it as soon as i can.
