Below is the first image of a blackhole.  It is a super massive blackhole (about 6.5 billion solar masses) at the heart of a an extremely large galaxy - M87, which is about 55 million light years away from the Sol system:

Relatively speaking, yes and no

You would see yourself falling at normal speed, but to an observer outside the gravity well, you would appear to be going in slow motion.

Also, you'd be ripped to a million little pieces by the time you really noticed it.
