7th Fleet Reunion

Good Morning,

I was just thinking how wonderful it would be to have the opportunity to chat with my old colleague of 7th Fleet.   Im curious to hear what everyone is doing...

If we schedule such an event, it would be just outstanding....

I agree, Gunny. It has been a while since we have seen you and many others. I think that it's high time that we fixed that!

Good idea, what are you thinking, in-game or somewhere in person?  Or just a voice chat hangout sometime on the Discord server?

I'm still fairly new to this fleet, but it would be a great opportunity for me to meet the rest of its members.

If it's in-game or on discord, I'll be able to go. In-person would present issues as I'm based in Australia.

We do have a few other players based around the world, one or two also in Australia, one in NZ I believe.  Some in the USA are far away from each other as well, with some members being 2,000 miles or so apart, if not more.  So even if we did an in-person event just for the USA folks it would be hard for a lot of them to attend.

But it's a good point we might want to consider, when setting a time and date for it we may want to remember the Fleet members "down under" and pick an hour where it is not too insane for them to attend.  I think they are generally 12 hours or so difference from US Eastern Time, so night time for us will usually be within an hour or two of the same time in the morning for them.

Wow, Just outstanding...  Lets get together on discord and figure out how we can get this going.  I am available on Saturdays....  7th Fleet has gotten me through some difficult time,,,,
