Good day gentlemen,

I just wanted to relay that my account was hacked yet again. Some of you may have noticed that the fleet bank has been robbed of credits and items I promise you this was not me apparently on or around 0223 hrs on February 26th someone had gained entry to my account and emptied the fleet bank, my personal bank and all my credits and Zen were stolen. It has come to my attention that I may a key-logger on my computer. This is the second time this has happened to me the last time I was banned as well luckily this time I'm not banned but hacked. What I have done to secure my computer and the 7th fleet. I have installed Bitdefender total security and Jason is sending me an EXE file that will locate my key-logger and remove. I want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to anybody in the fleet. Thank you for your attention...

I cannot recommend Malwarebytes enough. It found and removed a keylogger I had several years ago. Hope you get everything sorted out soon.

That sucks. if I remember correctly it seems like back when STOked was still on it happened to one of them and they resest his account back to a state before the hack and restored their fleets bank (maybe)

I just want to give an update. My system is now secure with the latest and greatest anti virus software known to man. I have also downloaded and scanned with Malwarebytes thank you Mr. P'rett. I want to say thank you to all for your understanding and I would think it is now safe to put items back into the fleet bank at your discretion...

Did you put in a ticket for them to reset things, or to see if they could?  If not, looks like you fleet members who are good at drawing in the EC need to get to work

Thievery has something disgusting and unbearable about itself. Not only is it illegal, but it's also obnoxious. My deepest sympathy for the nerves and resources it cost you, Admiral.

On a side note, I went through similar process not long ago (someone stole my personal info and created a $1050 debt under a fictitious account with my name and address on PayPal).

Yes I submitted  a ticket to Cryptic ticket number# Incident: 140228-001591 it has been escalated to tier 2 I will keep everyone updated once I get it resolved...
