For those not aware, today at 1pm started the R&D weekend. You will get 50% bonus XP for R&D assignments, as well as bonus materials out of Zen store R&D boxes, harvest nodes and PvE queue rewarded boxes.
The box within a box for bonus material is a nice surprise. Don't overlook the opportunity to buy additional ship slots or add more DOFFs to your crew.
