Imported? No.. not from what I've seen,. you just have to mess with the costume sliders to get as close a match to them as possible. If you play the intro to the lucky 7th mission, you can see that you can get a pretty accurate re-creation of characters... minus the height slider as that's a difficult one to get quite right.
