Fleet uniform

Can someone please point me to where the specific fleet uniform is listed? I followed the one thread, but did not see the specific numbers for colors and stuff. Trying to level up my Federation toon.

I believe it is listed in Addendum 1 of the Fleet Operations Manual (under Uniforms).  Here is the link to the Manual.

For a Fed toon just go to the tailor. There's an option with preconfigured fleet uniforms based on your class. All you have to do is apply the appropriate rank and the fleet patch.
