To: The 7th Fleet, Chief of Staff
Fm: Commodore Thu'fir, 7th I.T.S. (Acting)
Subj: Change of Command of the 7th Imperial Tactical Squadron
In regards to the "Change of Command" (CoC) on the 28th of March on Risa. It is requested that the CoC of the 7th I.T.S. happen at 2030 EST. Location on Risa will be the natural rock bridge on the Northeast side of the island; where the other Klingon are doing Mok'bara. The ceremony itself should be less than five minutes and I'm not expecting a large crowd for this function. It will also allow additional time for members of the 7th Fleet to muster for their Chief of Staff change of command happening on Risa as well.
Respectfully submitted,
Hawat Thu'fir
Commodore, KDF
7th I.T.S. (Acting)

The quote is from a 1975 interview on 60 Minutes with Mike Wallace. The full quote adds:
" - And that's what is lacking now."
The interview dealt with Reagan's bid for the Republican nomination for President in the 1976 election. He was bashing a sitting Republican President - Gerald Ford, which. He went on to site FDR and his fireside chats as a model for leadeship, by informing and directing the people to tell Congress what is needed. Funny, a Republican siting a Democrat in his bid for the Presidency.

Congratulations to Vice Admiral Kor on his promotion and new position as Chief of Staff of The Seventh Fleet. May Kahlass have mercy on you, Sir.
Vice Admiral Jason, thank you Sir for your two years of service and devotion to The Seventh Fleet. Fair winds and following seas.
Last night's attendees, thank you for coming and supporting our new Chief of Staff and giving our old Chief of Staff a proper send off. The after ceremony festivities will be long remembered in the history of the Seventh Fleet. If you have any pictures, please post.
Proud to be a member of The "Lucky" 7th Fleet
Commodore Smaug
