also, buy a cheap 5k ec ground weapon with the [run] mod on it..it really increases run speed
and slot ground traits : sure footed, sturdy, stubborn, telekenesis to help with knockbacks
and ground reputation : close quarters combat, physical conditioning to increase run speed
also, dont use frosted boots on races as you are allready have the ice buff, it actually can hurt (according to some posts)
also, i have seen some people with the buff "ground asset accellerator" from a quick google research it comes from a tactical kit mobilty enhancer - but kits cant be used in winter wonderland..any idea where this buff comes from?
aslo please que fleet research lab weekly project: combat performance boost (tier 3) - gives +runspeed
