It is with great pleasure that Captain Four Vashaar announces the commissioning of the USS Pearl Harbor NX-93055.

The ship is an Fleet Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit (T-5U) and has been assigned to the Lucky Seventh Fleet.

Congrats, Sir.  We gladly welcome her to the Fleet.  May she serve you well.  And with that thought in mind, bring her around the Dyson Sphere tonight around 2000 (EST).   The 7th I.T.S. will gladly help you test her battle preparedness.
