yup, the leech was hit with the nerf bat a while ago, and is no longer 100% needed in all builds like it used to be, thus the price has dropped to practically nothing. I too have an extra one sitting in my bank if needed

It helped bring down the price by putting it in the phoenix prize pack, too.

Kerry, after posting this I found one on the exchange like exchange. Its not a bad little console, but it isn't great. Does give my little escort torp boat a boost with shields n speed that I need from time to time. Not really better with the damage tho.

weapon power levels do not affect torps - except the crystal ap one - so ur not going to see dps increase on a torp boat

I'm not one to chase DPS, cause I'm too cheap. However, with the right torpedo's in the front (two types) and Torpedo Spread III, well, there is nothing more beautiful in STO then firing off a full spread at multiple enemies. Raining death upon my enemies, it's a good feeling.
