STRIKE GROUP BETA: Orders commenced on star date 2409.05.28, roll call was at 1845 hours for the first night it was just I and Lt. Commander MacArdell. I informed the Strike group of our mission.
Fleet pulled out of dock for PVP training at 1900hours. In total we had two matches we lost the first one but won the second. Tactics used was the buddy system or wing man formation and Mac selected the targets.

Star date 2409.05.29 Roll call was at 1845 hours, I was pleased that Lt. Commander MacArdell returned and Commander Shackelford arrived as well. Again I listed what our orders were in this sector, then Fleet left dock to commence PVP. We had three matches, lost one and we won two, we came up with a triangle formation with Commander Shackelford calling out targets. The Triangle formation consisted of one cruiser (Comm Shackelford) and two escorts at the port and starboard aft of Commander Shackelford's cruiser. This formation served us well during the coming PVP engagements.

Stardate 2409.05.30 Roll call was at 1845 hours, we had a larger showing on Sunday, so I took the time to brief the strike group, just as we were about to roll out MjGn Talbot dropped in on us. Which was a welcomed surprise, he invited us to the 7th MD meet and greet. After the meet and greet we went on to do Fleet games, red vs blue. From the outset the fleet systems was giving MjGn Talbot and Mr. Blodvaerd a devil of a hard time but they got it worked out and before we knew it the fleet games were under way.

I was in charge of one of the teams, my tactics sounded good but that was not good enough. I had my team target escorts first then science and last cruisers, my whole team payed for this mistake which I apologize for. With that mistake came knowledge, I now have a better idea of how to implement my forces next time. What I learned was this. One always fight to the middle of the map or on your side of it, never fight them on or close to their spawn point . Second target support ships first , primary targets should be science ships.

I feel that with fair turn out with the Task Forces and the amount of data collected by our covert opps agents. Along with the 7th MD we were able to complete the wargames. I count this mission a success, to all those that participated, job well done guys we showed a lot of hart . To the 7th MD and our brothers in arms a big shout out , thank you guys for the invite to meet and greet and the war games Ooo'Ra!

Captain Scott out.
