Mission Statement


The tactical response team was created during the Bio Sphere campaign by Rear Admiral Don Van Wormer. During this time the TRT was deployed into many situations with successful results. During this campaign elements of the 7th marine divisions were supported by a unit from the TRT which was able to use applied sciences to save many marines.

The Tactical response team is considered as one group of special forces and first responders of the 7th fleet. Members of TF-78 should be well versed in space combat tactics as well as ground combat.
Many of the TF missions take place in harsh environments so all members are expected to have a balance of ground and space skills that will lend and support the TF on missions.
TF-78 is the leads The Beta Strike Group on PVP/PVE ground and space missions. It is also involved in the Strike groups covert operation missions which some require light Rping.

Tactical response team approaches each situation with idea that each part of Star Fleet contributes their skill set to resolve the situations that arise. TF-78 tactical response team stands ready to support any and all Task Forces of the 7th Fleet.
