This is about the 4th Anniversary Q's mission Party Patrol (Daily).
Position yourself on this rock at the bridge to the southeast:

At this very place, Party Crashers respawn every 20 seconds or so. You are also in the exact position to press the 'F' key and talk to them as soon as they reappear. And when they start to run, they always hit obstacles or walls which slow them down a lot.
Just keep returning to this point, and you can complete Party Patrol Daily in a copule of minutes without virtually any running.

Marcielia, Many thanks. I hate doing the Party Crashers at the Fed Academy and this will help. There are several places on the KDF side as well, i.e., short run, hit wall, stop.
