Lieutenant Prozac Flouxe Time - Vulcan Engineer
The USS Atlanta Believes in PROZAC.
Prozac is always so calm, sure he is Vulcan, but there is something else about him. He always has your back. We do not believe that he sleeps.
He commands the Lt Engineering Station, He goes to the Academy, He is there on almost every away mission. Prozac can be moody for a Vulcan, but I would trust his decision 71% any day of the week.

Weapons Malfunction 1 - S9
7MD Boarding Party 1 - S9
Remote Power to Shields 1 - S1
Once you begin to look at what each BO does for you, and what ship system they need to help them, what skill goes with your skills, what skills go with your ships equipment, whats the best I can make with that right now. . . . wow. What a cool game.
