The way I see it sir is that you and the rest of the command staff make the rest of the fleet feel like superstars
So Admiral Fortin congratulations! on the rank of Commander and to the rest of the command staff thank you for building an amazing foundation for the 7th ooh rah!

It really is such an important thing, when we can put out a 'Muster Call" and we get 10 or more members showing up in just a matter of minutes!
The 7th Fleet is able to do this and has done so on several occasions. We must continue our efforts in this, because it does get noticed!
We are one of the premier fleets in STO, I have yet to see anyone else's fleet pull off grouping like we can.
Congrats Admiral Fortin...You have some very interesting missions ahead of you, enjoy!!
