The production of the U.S.S. Shiloh was completed early this morning as the crew prepared for the new Star Cruiser's shakedown voyage. Federation manufacturing levels remain at an all time high in response to numerous threats.
While we are unable to reveal any specific information regarding the Shiloh's mission, we can state the 7th Fleet's latest addition comes on the heels of increased readiness levels in the 7th's area of operations. Rear Admiral Van Wormer could not be reached for comment.

Get me some screenshots and let me know what you want, I am happy to do this kind of stuff for anyone who wants some help. And, this kind of stuff doesn't take nearly as much time as putting together a badge for someone does.
