RMKS/1. Due to RW constraints Captain Randle is relieved of command of TASK FORCE 79.
2. CAPT Randle is assigned to the 7th Fleet Inactive Reserve for duty.
3. CMDR Shackelford, TF79 Executive Officer, is hereby promoted to the grade of CAPTAIN.
4. CAPT Shackelford is assigned to TF79 as the COMMANDING OFFICER.
