"But Shackelford," you're thinking, "why don't you just read the OP and fix things for everyone automatically?" A few reasons - first, I tend to have a lot of requests for various other things well. By the time I sit down to update your particular namebar it may be a week or two from today. I don't want to have to hunt this thread down, single out your particular achievements, and whatnot. Second, not everyone has a namebar, not everyone wants a namebar, and I don't want to spend time doing things that may never get utilized. Lastly, it's a chance to familiarize some of you with the process, so that if you are awarded something out of a normal admin cycle you will know how to request changes.
