Just throwing out a thought to relocate our fleet base of operations to the StarBase in the Drazona system (spelling?) at the Klingon/Romulan border. I believe this would place us in the best position to meet the Klingon members of our fleet.
Any thoughts?

K-7 might be a better choice as drozana is neutral?

I'm not sure if it was Drozana, K7 or both, but there is a new shipyard where we can change ships....whichever post that is, we should make that our new base.

Both Drozana and K-7 have full ship yards I believe K-7 would be a better fit..

I believe K-7 would be good. Drozana I think would be better to meet members of our Klingon operations and peace negotiations.
