So the first day of our move passed somewhat eventfully...we got everything moved we had planned...but on the hottest weekend of the year so far here...the A/C at the new place failed...so 3 window units were hastily installed so we didn't all die of heatstroke...and one of my cats got out and is now missing...so overall not a 100% success...the rest of this week will be tough as the wife and I do not have any overlapping days off...next weekend we have a rental truck laid on to move the really big furniture so we should be complete by next Sunday...here is hoping..and also here's hoping my idiot cat shows back up while I'm at work today
