This turned out to be the most substantial part of Season 4 for the Klongon side, when they tied the Marauding System (Consent based, Open World PVP); Serius Sector access for Klingons; and the Duty Officer system together.

I'm hoping it comes out sooner rather than later, since I have much to do on the Klingon side.
