Yes he is, It should be your fleet rank then your name.

There is also a newer version of Ventrilo out, version 3.0.8. The copy I have installed at home was 3.0.5. Here's the link to the Fleet Technical Library - Software location for the Ventrilo Downloads page, if you wish to download and install a more version of Vent:

I recently tested the install on a laptop I have commandeered from my work, and had no problems configuring it.
