Fleet Readiness Exercises

Next weekend, 20 and 21 January, we will be holding our Fleet Readiness Exercises (FREs), a Quarterly event. The format has morphed a bit over time, adjusting as various changes are made to the game, as well as for enjoyability.

The current ROE are:
1) If present, the Chief of Staff has the prerogative of assigning two team captains. If the CoS is unable to attend, one of the Fleet Captains will be required to take charge.
2) Each team captain will then alternate selecting members
3) There will be a series of 3 matches: Space, Ground, Space
4) Each participant may not switch characters after the first engagement, but may change vessels, if desired, for the second Space engagement.
5) Starfleet or KDF characters are allowable.
6) Above all, this is about having some fun and good sportsmanship.

So, come out and have a shot at shooting your CoS "in teh face."

I know quite a few of us (yes, I said "us") are enjoying playing The Old Republic, I would appreciate as much support/attendance for this function as we can muster.

It would go a long way towards showing our newer members we're not absentee landlords, in a manner of speaking.
