The 2013 Chicago Star Trek Convention!

This will be my 3rd year going. I extend an invitation to any and all that can make it! We'll hang out, go eat, drink, and just do cool shit!

The first year going I actually met up with Captain Mac Ardell. We spent the 2 or 3 days roaming the hotel, watching and listening to all the actors we've come to love. Even listened to Armin Shimmerman, Marc Alaimo, and Vaughn Armstrong talk while they sipped their scotch. Met Jeffrey Combs in an elevator and HAD to shake his hand. Chase Masterson totally wanted Mac's weiner. She was hittin' on him like crazy. We had a helluva good time.

Last year I met up with a prior 7th Fleet member, Carl Piacitelli. You'd probably remember him best as "Flint." We had a great time just him and I. We went out of our comfort zone and talked to anyone and everyone there. We made some friends that we plan to meet up with during the upcoming Con.

Our pictures were taken with Brent Spiner, Jonathan Frakes, Nichelle Nichols, Dominic Keating and Connor Trinneer. Later that night we also had 35-40 minute conversation with Keating and Trinneer. Just the four of us. It was an incredibly awesome experience.

What I'm basically trying to say is, it's a fucking blast! If you want to have a damn good time and have the means to do so.... DO IT. It's ridiculous fun!

Yea I had a blast in Nashville this year. Sucked Stewart cancelled but Frakes makes it worth it. That guy alone is pure awesome
