Honor Guard Set (KHG) vs Omega Force Set

Looking for feedback as to which of the above sets is considered superior. I have Requisitions and should grab two pieces of one or the other. Any thoughts?

For Klingon I'd say HG set. Mainly because it looks awesome and you get a really sweet shotgun with a grenade launcher. I've not seen many people KDF side run Omega. Both sets are for damage.

I haven't tried Omega on KDF side; all of my toons with complete sets have KHG. As mentioned, the pulsewave/grenade launcher is really nice. Secondly, with the 2 or 3 piece bonus (don't recall which off the top of my head), you get a nice self-heal over time.

Its with the 2 piece set bonus that u get the heal and it acts almost like another hypo which s really cool

Just based on looks, take advantage of the uniqueness of the KHG set.
