First and foremost, and I cannot emphasize this enough - don't listen to anyone else's advice. There's going to be a way that you personally fly, that you enjoy, and so when you setup your ship, it needs to suit you personally. The goal is to have fun, so if you decide you just love turrets, and you want to outfit a galaxy class refit with 8 turrets, then do it, and everyone else can go to hell.

That being said, first thing I would go for is a Subspace Field Modulator if you don't have it already. You can only have one per character; so it might be on another one of your ships. If not, it's available from the mission 'Skirmish,' the first mission in the Devidian arc.

Two RCS accelerators sems a bit like overkill to me, considering this is mainly a beam boat - you should be able to keep most targets in the arc you want with just one. I'm also a fan of Neutronium Alloy over any other kind of resistance consoles. You might also consider an SIF generator to boost your engineering teams. A Field Generator is great too, if you can figure out how to get your hands on one, theyre expensive, but give a huge boost to your shield cap.

Beyond that everything looks great, and like I said, the consoles are up to you, really. Best advice i can give is upgrade everything you have. Best bang for your dilithium is going to be the Fleet Weapons.

Post your BOFF setup if you get a chance as well.

What Shack said. Always fly how you want. Never hurts to listen and try new things, but avoid the whole "you NEED to do....".

I'm not a cruiser expert but I agree with all Shack's suggestions. Some might tell you to try all beams, but I'm a Torp guy myself.
