I am trying to purchase some weapons from the star base and I get a message that the base needs provisioning. How does this get done?

The provisions hit rock bottom during the time no dilithium missions were slotted (to help Embassy complete) and we were upgrading the Engineer section to Tier 4. During this it did not allow any provision missions to be slotted to restock.
The fact that during that time the 100+ provisions were used/taken like cupcakes at a sugar deprived 4 year old birthday party didn't help the matter.

We'll slot some provision missions soon, trying to keep dil flowing to certain places, once that gets filled a lil more we'll slot some provision mishes.
And yea, the main reason was the fabricator upgrade has kept us from slotting for a while now...
