my fleet leader and good friend is having issues accessing his web page and startrek online account. his e-mail address is 'themidpoint@bellsouth.net'
please look into his issue and send him information on how to get back in the game.

i miss him personally and know that many in the fleet do as well

I found this disturbing.

If all else fail. I would try FTC, BBB, and whatever gov regulatory against them. Then make sure this gets publicize.

Unfortunately, your friend will still need to contact us. He can go to his registered email and contact us through there as he doe not need to be logged into his account in order to contact us. Think it's still unresolved. I noticed the Fleet Admiral broke down and started another account last night.

Yep, Still customer no service I did however emailed them a firm email for someone to please help me. Has of today no return response. Yeah I broke down and created a free account and I will mean a FREE account they won't get another dime out of me until I get my real account back...

First off I want to say thank you to everyone for your support, you are truly my band of brother's

I also want to thank Ed Crisler from the "The Computer Ed Radio Show" who was instrumental in the reactivation of my account via his contacts.

YES! I have my fricken account back!!! I'll see you Beeches this weekend for the glory of the empire...

Here was the final response from PWE and you know I still don't know what I was banned for...

"LIFETIME" Account Holder, I need customer service please!

Hello

We have removed the suspension on your account. You should be able to play the game today. But please only send one ticket at a time. There should be no need for multiple tickets even if the request has been denied.
