This will be awarded to the victor of the Fleet's 'Top Gun' Tournament this weekend (or any other Top Gun events held in the future). It is similar to the Pit Fighter Award in that the pvp tournament is single combat, and only the victor is awarded a ribbon.
Oceanic Service Award
Awarded for service to the fleet while in the Pacific.
Antarctic Service Award
Awarded for service to the fleet while in Antarctica.
