I am not sure if this has been answered I am still trying to get acclimatized to the forums so please forgive the ignorance. What is the Fleets SOP on Alts. I have a fed Romulan and a KDF Orion which I would love to get into the Fleets. 

I also had a question about the fleet vendors. When will I be able to buy from them? If its a TIG thing I understand. It would help me out a lot in building my ships though.

Alts on the same account (same @handle) are welcome...just get someone to send them an invite. The fleet stores become accessible at SEC II or LT, which you will be automatically promoted to after 30 days in the fleet.
