Once again, shamed into asking for help.  I got the above codes, but can't figure out to actually insert them into the game.  It says to click on "ARC" logo (on left) and click on "Redeem codes."  No luck on the ARC website.  Question:  Do I have to install "ARC" again?  I use Steam to run STO.  Is there some way from doing this from just the STO game. 

Please advise.

You need to install ARC.  I also use STO through steam, but leave ARC on my machine just because they do have these kinds of giveaways every so often and the only way to redeem the codes is through the ARC client.

Yes, what Shack said.  Once in the Arc console, in the upper left hand side, you will see the Arc symbol (a stylized triangle), hover over it and you will get a dropdown arrow and, in that menu, make the selection to redeem a code.

VADM Shack and FCPT Kerry -- loaded ARC, had to enter a Pin number (strange computer), and redeemed the codes.  Many thanks.
