I am looking for input. Is a Scimitar flagship that is armed entirely with projectiles to use cloaked barrage viable for PVE and wargame type scenarios?
That's a good question. The T'Varo used to be the go to ship for torp builds on Fed side, but with the recent changes in how the game deals with torps, that may be worth a try. Davis can answer that question far better than I as he has built a torp boat that he has used in fleet combats. Having been on the business end of it, I can telly that it's no joke.
