Some say, the Deputy Commander of the 7th Fleet has a gambling problem and an addiction to starship upgrades and wardrobes. It has reached the point, some say, that he has resorted to armed robbery to fund his habit. They say this last green lighting package cost 25K and he tried to skip out.
These photos released today by a high ranking unknown official at K7 claim to prove it. They say, this is clearly DFC Turner & his accomplice, warrants for his arrest in the K7 sector have been issued. The Gorn Merchants Association could not be reached for comment.

In a statement released by JAG:
These photos are "clearly" not DFC Turner, who's long hair is hard to miss.
This is some type of Romulan plot involving a Doppleganger. Any attempts to detain or apprehend the Admiral will be met with all the force of the CE killin 7th Fleet.
