All due respect, all I'm waiting for is for them to fix the M's in MMO. They can keep their cutsie interiors and star effects (which were nice looking I admit) but until I can actually go into Fleet actions with my Fleet without requiring an act of Congress, I'll stick to poker.
I mean come on, last promo I went to we actually had to worry about what instance we were in and how many of us could come. Looking at what they're focusing their efforts on, that kind of stuff just tweaks me the wrong way.
They need to stop catering to the crowd and start actually fulfilling what they promised us in the first place.
Just my opinion.

Very valid point Commodore and could not agree with you more but according to the Season 2 update they will have this fixed we shall see I am holding my breath...

Whats the new captains power suppost to be? i always thought that the captain should have abilities like our bridge officers in space combat, also i wish in sector space they would change the throttle system, lets click on a warp factor instead of the throttle gauge (which is fine for impulse) and why not give ships the ability to go just a tad faster for a few moments (maybe depending on our style and level of engine) like pushing it up to warp 9.9,
and instead of having to pull up the map everytime we want to travel, lets have a conn section on the display where we can type the name or part of it (or even have a prefix system in place) and a list of possible systems, and you simply click on the name, enter in the warp factor and boom your ship is off.
and since im talking about sector space, i am hoping they begin to add systems to the maps and i wouldnt mind the ability to travel to the systems and beable to explore all the planets in the systems in one big open map, maybe have random events stuck in different parts of the map.
I love STO as a game, but as a star trek game it still needs more work, and i hope to see more soon (like maybe earth for pete's sake)

Well you CAN go to Vulcan and Andoria and explore. Granted there's not much to do in either place. Run around and talk to the locals that say the same exact thing over and over again. Yes it'd be nice to do something a little more involved than beaming down, seeing a blue guy and a bunch of ice, then leaving.
