Its good to see this type of contact being initiated. I think we're already seeing the benefit of creating relationships with other fleets (BLK "war" allowing us to hone our PVP skills).

As a matter of fact the BLK War has really put the 7th Fleet's name on the Klingon faction's mind. Sa'Change, the leader of BLK, has told me that many dedicated Klingon Fleets are appreciative of our efforts to spark this interest in F v K PVP RP wars.
As these wars grow, the Federation Fleets will begin to see a purpose in forming alliances.
