In what will possibly be a last ditch effort, the "Lucky 7th" and the Black Legion Knights will make a push to secure the Neutral Zone.

Significant Klingon forces have been buidling up, and our contacts have reported that the BLK Flagship has been sighted and is 6 days from Drozana Station.

The 7th Fleet will be on Red Alert status next Wednesday! at or around 8:30PM EST.....

Unfortunately I just discovered today that on Wednesday I will be away from home on business.

I'm hoping that someone else in the fleet can make contact with the Black Legion Knight's commander in Drozana Station and still put the event together.

I was intending to have the final battle take place in the Kerrat System (Borg Hunt Fleet Action). The additional element of the Borg would make the combat with the Klingons a bit more interesting. The participants on both sides may also gain experience and accolades for completing the Fleet Action as well.

Sorry about the short notice, I only discovered today that I have to be away for work.

Unfortunately, RL did rear its ugly head for me. i had to go to Dover AFB, DE (~2 hr drive) to fix a jet. I left Wed morning, just after midnight, and this is me finally sitting down at home to unwind.

That's ok, it didn't happen. We had ten people on, Blod showed up on time, but I think the klinks might have been lacking folks or something, it just never materialized.

If I am not mistaken, I think Blod was going to shoot for trying to set it up for Friday night, 10/22.

I'll have to play that by ear. The wife's getting outpatient surgery on her ankle tomorrow morning. Dunno if she'll be passed out by the time we start or what's going to happen.

This event has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Novemeber 3, 2010 between 8:30 and 9:00 PM Eastern Standard time.

This will be the final round of the BLK War!! Lets be sure we have a good showing!

The war records of each captain will be gathered and ribbons will be requisitioned.
