Details of Event:

Ensign Maltokar, while in the service of the Seventh Exploration and Engagement Command (7COM) in EVE assisted me for close to an hour, in patiently talking me through the scanning process of exploration. It was time consuming and I'm sure tedious for him, and I was in a somewhat rare mood of frustration. He stuck it out and taught me how to accomplish the task.

Known in our EVE circles as MR. G, he has already gained a reputation for his helpful ways by others as well. For this I am honored to present Ensign Maltokar with this ribbon.
