Tribble Patch Notes

We will be bringing the Tribble server down for maintenance to apply a new update.

General:
Cargo Ships in sector space no longer fly too near to eachother.
The item icon for photonic displacement has been updated to indicate the console is leveless.
Added a 10 sec global cool down to Hargh'peng Torpedos
Torpedo Spread has been updated:
Significantly increased damage - damage is 85% of the equivalent ranked High Yield torpedo.
Spread hits 3, 6 or 9 targets (depending on rank).
Modified fx so each hit target is hit by a projectile.
The effect has been updated so each target gets its own spread of torpedoes.
The issue that caused teams to occasionally fail to map transfer in Foundry missions has been resolved.
The issue that prevented players from leaving mission reviews in UGC missions has been resolved.

Borg Deep Space Encounters
The Borg Deep Space Encounters have been turned on.
These encounters are 5 man instances of special borg enemy.
These enemies give 5 times experience for kills.
Every 3-5 minutes each sector will randomly show a “Red Alert” in the lower right corner of your screen and borg will spawn into the sector.
This will be closer to 3 hours when it goes live.
Players will receive one 15 minute XP boost at the start of the mission.
Limit one per day
There are a significant number of accolades associated with this event.

Stealth Edit!
I forgot to mention that the encounters are leveled to 45. Anyone that is lower than level 45 will be bolstered to 45. Anyone over 45 is a little more powerful.

The encounter in the Breen sector is leveled to 53 with no bolstering.

The encounter in one of the cardassian sector is leveled to 51 with no bolstering.
Known Issue:
The Foundry review pop up appears even after a regular Cryptic made mission.
There are some additional tuning and mission clean up tasks that we are still working on. Pardon our space dust.
