It's hard for me to make judgements on anyone else's specs, because everyone plays different and I don't personally feel there is such a thing as a 'wrong' spec. I would say you've definitely got your bases covered in terms of basic skills everyone should probably have, though. From there it's just a matter of figuring out which Boff skills you like to use the most, figuring out how that translates into your captain skills, and boosting those if they aren't already.
