Head to the STO website...

http://www.startrekonline.com/test-shard/character-transfer

and copy over a character to Tribble for testing.

NOTE: Only 1 Character copy allowed on Tribble at this time.

My $0.02...

I would suggest the character you copy be the one you want to test the new STFs with.
