Congrates sir. However I'm concerned that the flag staff is becoming to "top heavy". Starting to be to many chiefs and not enough Indians(native Americans).

I agree, but I believe we need to get things in-house straight 1st. I believe the Flag Staff and Duty officers need to be restructured. Something myself and Another will be bringing up at the meeting.

We simply have jobs that need to be filled, and jobs we don't need at all IMHO.

Side note: I agree with opening recruiting back up! Maybe even make more than one or two people a recruiter :o? That would take the responsibilities and split them, as well as getting more word out about the fleet.
