heres the outside mavendorf... but your not missing much inside.
I'm rather disappointed with the tier upgrades. At T1 you only unlock the mail system and one store and really nothing else all the duty officers are still locked along with ship customization. I would think they would at least unlock the bank instead of the mail at T1, but as it stands SB1 or DS9 is still the main place to go until hitting like T2 or T3

You can buy Fleet ships and access the Operations Supply officer to buy really nice consumables. However in order to buy fleet ships, you'll have to buy special credits from the c/store which is now the zen store. This isn't available on tribble yet.
