Please can anyone direct me in how to obtain a Ribbon Signature?

My Ribbons are few however I aim in increasing this shortly.

I provided the links below. For future access go to Forums. Look for Fleet Insignia, subforum EVILDEAD's. He is our current Communications officer and part of his job is namebars and sigs. Be patient though because he has a lot on his plate with work and the such.

Namebars(used for headers when making original post, some use as sig. Some for whatever reason like to use it on every single post, even with a sig, aka overkill)
