I've not seen any myself been given out. I was unable to make it so not sure who all attended or I'd do it.
There's not a ribbon for getting 1st however, but congrats on that. Myself and Talbot got the Flying Cross for a 1st using my ship (he cloned my ship when I had it posted ) but that was when the CE was the great white whale the size of Mexico and had razor sharp teeth that would cut a small child's hopes and dreams.
