well its been on the pts for at least a couple of weeks, thought they did not have there usually Tribble Test Weekend for this season so your fears may be justified.. we'll know tomorrow...

Based on the chatter in the TTS channel, there have been a fair number of people over there testing it out. Although I doubt it was in the numbers a dedicated test weekend would have produced.

Just finished the download; took me about 18 minutes from Ireland. 

Finishing off my afternoon Irish coffee, then take a nap, and then commence with "Dinosaurs, on spaceships" or Season Nine.

I got on for a little bit and things seemed ok.  I didn't try any of the new missions or anything.  The new LCARS looks really good and the new bridge is nice.  Just wish they would make more to choose from or redo the others.  The Origin and Oddy bridge just feel odd to me even though they look sharp.

Glad they went through and did Fleet versions for the Vet Destroyers.  I imagine might start seeing more flying around since they are on par again with the Fleet ships everywhere.

The new fleet ships require spire tier 2 though so we wont see them just yet, but I have to say the ground battlezone is EXCELLENT for fleet events and was even fun running around by myself with others who were there. Have to say you need to have your BOffs in some decent gear if you get caught alone to survive. Learned that the hard way lol

Craptic has managed to break the "Skip" buttons for missions for me; lovely.

not necessarily. I found You have to do certain mission in an "episode arc" usually the first one like travel to DS9 or Starbase 39 which will then allow you to skip the subsequent missions... took me a while to figure that one out... if that doesnt work then yeah its broke :P

Yep, well aware of that part of the functionality. I made sure I had completed those and my "Skip" buttons are grayed out.

HAHA yea thats about right.  I don't really remember much of this part of Trek, I skipped around when it came to watching Voyager.  What's the deal with the dinos anyway?

basically the voth are dinos that survived the mass extinction here on earth and went on to evolve normally in the millions of years after and eventually made their way into space and now live on a giant ship that houses their whole race that eventually made it to the delta quadrent which eventually ran into voyager
