In addition sir, my apologies but it appears that the ensign who originally recorded my name misspelled it slightly.

Welcome aboard the Nevada Ensign Sorvak, I apologies for the error in your name, sometimes we get the Vulcan a little off the first time around. After you get settled, Mr. Sims will fill you in. But for now, you will be replacing Ensign Lisbon as 1st Chair Science Officer on the Bridge, see the OOD.
You are also a part of Task Force 72, you may continue this thread there.
