I am proud to announce the appointment to the 7th Fleet Chief of staff Captain Van Wormer in accrordence with Directive B Subdirective D5 B 1.8 of the Fleet Operations Manual. He will also maintain the command of the USS Midway with dual roles. New crews coming aboard will report direct to him for duty assignments and general questions. Captain Van Wormer we wish you good luck and Godspeed on your new assignment. Make it so...
