By order of Chief of Starfleet Operations, Starfleet Command, USS HAVANA NCC-91171 to be recomissioned as USS STORMES-B NCC-91780. I hereby assume command of this vessel as of this date. Authorization Figin Epsilon Theta 16309. Please make a note in the ship’s log.
Several senior officers will be transferring from other vessels. Please get them up to speed on ship’s routine and facilities.
As an Escort Vessel, USS STORMES will be an integral part of Task Force 72 and the Seventh Fleet’s forward deployment strategy. Please remain ready at all times.
